We sell dietary supplements. Returns of unopened products are generally accepted within the stated period. Opened dietary supplements may be subject to restrictions due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Return Period

3. How to Return

Notify us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period. Send the product back unused, in original packaging, to our address. We recommend using a trackable delivery method.

4. Refund

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the return.

5. Return Costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not refund the cost of delivery unless the product was defective or not as described.

6. Exceptions

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer. Unsealed hygiene products may be excluded from return.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
